Eddie Constantine, Dominique Wilms, Mireille Granelli, Bernard Dheran. Eddie is a con man who promotes a phony oil well. He is shocked, though, when the well turns out to be real! Eddie then gets involved in plenty of fisticuffs trying to fight off a bunch of crooks who have designs on the oil well. Some nice humor in this Constantine action flick. 16mm.

Anna Magnani, Giulietta Masina. A harsh study about the grim realities of life in a non-coed, totally female prison environment. Story concerns a young girl who comes to prison and experiences the entire prison subculture. The inmates she befriends vary from big tough dangerous dames to smaller submissive ladies who are totally lost in prison life. Very exploitive, yet still a fascinating look at women's prison life. This is a damn good movie. Three stars by Leonard Maltin. 16mm.

The sequel to HORRIBLE DR. HICHCOCK finds Barbara plotting to do away with her crippled husband who didn't really die at the end of the first film. Eerie and atmospheric with a great climax shot of Barbara laughing maniacally.

One of the greatest turkeys ever made. A mad doctor is hired by a millionaire spinster to transplant her brain into the body of a young girl. He gets ticked off at her and puts it into the skull of a cat instead. What a guy. The scene whre Bamber stumbles out with her eye ripped out is the best moment in the film. Watch for some original Frankenstein lab equipment.

A Scotland Yard inspector travels all over London gathering the evidence needed to put a big drug-smuggling gang into the slammer. There are more than enough dead bodies to provide clues, as the gang is unusually ruthless.

The ex-partner of a master criminal is hidden by the cops after his life is threatened, but the criminal a master of disguise tracks down and kills him anyway. The opening titles are a knockout. Nifty British-made Wallace yarn.
