Our customers ask us – do we really ship for just $2.99? The answer is YES! We want to be your favorite place to shop and buy. And, if just one DVD is all you need, we don’t want you spending as much on shipping as you do for the DVD itself. Here’s how it works:
Continental US Orders
- For single disc DVD orders going to Continental US destinations that means you pay $2.99 for the first DVD and just $0.99 for each additional DVD on the same order.
- ** Note - box set shipping costs will be higher. Costs are provided during checkout.
- We ship via USPS Media Mail as our standard ship method. This means that you shipment will be delivered by your local post office. You'll receive an email upon shipment with a tracking number. Your email will include a link to track your package, or click here and enter it into the dialog box to track.
- Shipping times in the Continental US generally range from 4-10 days depending on your US location. Alaska and Hawaii can range up to 15-20 days.
- ** Note - US orders do have tracking numbers. However, it may take a couple days for the tracking number to become visible.
- *** Need faster shipping? We offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Overnight shipping throughout the US. Simply upgrade your shipping method using the pull down menu during checkout.
Non US Orders
- For most of our titles (not including box sets), orders outside the US ship for $9.99 for the first DVD, and just $1.99 for each additional DVD on the same order. We ship to Europe, South America, Australia, and over 50 other countries around the world.
- Our international orders are shipped via Asendia (a part of Swiss Poste). Asendia delivers orders to the local postal carrier in your country who then delivers it to your door. Orders are fully tracked. Click here to track your international orders. Paste your tracking number in the tracking dialog box.
- ** Note - due to recent VAT collection requirements we are shipping to the EU, but are not yet able to ship "VAT pre-paid". So, you may be responsible for payment of VAT when your package arrived into Europe. We also ship to the UK.
- If you’ve purchased DVDs from any other store, you know how expensive shipping can be. Now you have an affordable alternative.
- We ship via Asendia with door-to-door tracking!
- Shipping times generally range from 15-30 days.
- **Note - Overseas orders do have tracking numbers. But, it can take several days from shipment before they are active in the Asendia system.
- ***Need faster international shipping? We offer UPS Expedited shipping to most countries in the world. Simply upgrade your shipping method using the pull down menu during checkout.
** Note – If you reside outside the US, you may need to contact your bank and let them know you’re purchasing from a US based e-commerce store. Banks often have fraud prevention software designed to not authorize purchases outside your home country. If you receive a “card declined” message, chances are there is nothing wrong with your card. You just need to make a quick call to the bank and let them know – then re-try your purchase at Movie Zyng.
