Synopsis
His family on the brink of ruin, young aristocrat Marcus DeVol takes command of the destroyer/escort starship Chimera in a last attempt to pay off his father's debts by running down pirates and blacklisted vessels for prize money. It's a "safe" job by military standards, but a change of orders just before cast-off will send Marcus and his crew far from home in search of an enemy whose capabilities, origin, and intent are unknown. Marcus must lead his bottom dollar crew despite inexperience, misgivings, and self doubt in this unique "submarine movie in space" that recalls classic naval films, but with a sci-fi twist.
