Anthony Woodbury, a polo player from the Adirondack country club set, heads West to unravel the mystery of his father's murder. He proves to the locals that not everyone from the East who looks like a tenderfoot, IS a tenderfoot.
Trailin' is based on a novel by Max Brand, creator of such enduring literary (and movie-TV) characters as Dr. Kildare and Destry. It's an ideal vehicle for America's favorite movie cowboy Tom Mix, who is in fine form in this mix of mystery, comedy and action, including some hillside horsemanship that must be seen to be believed.
