Synopsis
Two-time Academy Award winner Peter Ustinov wrote, directed and stars in Romanoff and Juliet with the unforgettable Sandra Dee. Set during the Cold War, this charming comedy based on Shakespeare's classic love story follows a tiny European country's President (Ustinov) who holds the deciding vote in a United Nations' debate. Determined to remain neutral, he orchestrates a romance between the American ambassador's daughter (Dee) and the Russian ambassador's son (John Gavin). If the two opposing world powers can't successfully join forces, there just may be a plague on both their houses!
