Synopsis
Puppy Days is a portrait of the formative time in a dog's life - and a portrait of America. Cameras follow six first-time owners at the exact moment they receive their puppies and will track them for the next twelve weeks as owners and puppies learn to live together. For both, it's a journey of discovery, discipline, patience, play and love - a seismic shift in the family dynamic. Different breeds will demand very different levels of care and training. But make no mistake, these weeks are crucial - what a puppy learns between adoption and adolescence (weeks 9-20) will set the precedent for weeks, months even years ahead. Good habits will prove just as hard to break as bad habits.
