Synopsis
All three parts of Dian Nissen-Ramirez's 'Pilates Inspired' trilogy. In the first part the focus is on the foundational skills which provide the basis for more complex Pilates exercises. The second part includes techniques for firming up abdominal muscles, as well as demonstrations on how to master breathing techniques, and a look at the issue of quality of movement. The final part places emphasis on building strength, and includes increasingly complex choreography in the routines.
