Government agent Gordon (Hal Taliaferro) goes undercover to investigate an ongoing war between cattlemen and sheepmen. But he soon finds himself framed for murder! This low budget western from the short-lived Empire Pictures is from the golden era of shoot 'em ups, when audiences knew who the bad guys were, and couldn't wait for the good guys to serve up some just punishment!

Roy Rogers and Gabby Hayes are together again in this Republic Pictures gem. This time they're trying to set up a medicine show in Deadwood, a town known for dangerous entrepreneurs who don't like competition. Sally Payne is on-hand as a member of the troop where Roy and Gabby work as entertainers, while Carol Adams plays a reporter who may have a romantic interest in Roy. Bandleader Cab Calloway, the one and only "Hi De Ho Man," plays himself in a rousing musical venture involving sexy girls, night clubs, and gangsters!
