Outlaw Justice (1933, B&W): Saloon gambler Faro Black covets the Box Diamond Ranch and, as part of his plan to get his hands on it, cheats at cards to win a sizable sum of money from its young co-owner Bob Taggart. With Taggart and his sister June deep in debt and plagued by cattle rustlers, things look bleak. Help comes from an unlikely source: Panamint Pete (Jack Hoxie, in his first talkie), a stranger who is wanted for murder. Stars Jack Hoxie, Dorothy Gulliver, Charles King, Chris-Pin Martin, Tom London; directed by Armand Schaefer.

The Back Trail (1924, B&W, Silent): Shell-shocked war veteran Jeff Prouty is on the run from the law even though he can't remember committing his crimes. When Jeff's father dies, the old man's will bequeaths his Colorado ranch to his adopted daughter Ardis. Taking advantage of Jeff's amnesia, shady characters pressure Jeff into contesting the will in court in an effort to steal the valuable property. Stars Jack Hoxie, Al Hoxie, Eugenia Gilbert, Claude Payton, William Berke; directed by George Marshal and Clifford Smith.
