Synopsis
Featuring legendary star of the screen Mae West (My Little Chickadee), THE HEAT'S ON is a musical spectacular featuring several songs from the renowned Xavier Cugat and His Orchestra. West plays Fay Lawrence, a Broadway luminary starring in a failing production. With Fay having designs on moving to a new show, producer Tony Ferris (William Gaxton) has to hustle a member of a censorship foundation (Victor Moore, Swing Time) to get Fay to star in his latest production.
