Synopsis
Jasmine Newton grew up with a strict father, an ex-Black Panther who raised her to be tough in a racist nation. After a unique upbringing of isolation, she finally has strong friendships with classmates from her alma mater. To celebrate their graduation, she and her friends - Shanan, Angelique, and Isaac - vacation away from the city on a rural farm by a lake, secured by Shanan's boyfriend, Brendan. They're also joined by Angelique and Isaac's recent dates, Luis and Claire. The vacation is everything Jasmine and her friends need at first, but as new friendships grow, Jasmine discovers that not everyone is who they claim to be.
