Synopsis
Twelve brave cops walk into a bloody ambush and now the police are desperate for revenge. Lance Henriksen, the rendegade CIA agent who set it up, will go to any length to eliminate the one witness who caught the grisly details on videotape. Maverick detective Leo Rossi wants justice, but everywhere he turns he finds deceit and interference, especially from a secret government operative (Joe Don Baker) who shoots first and asks questions later.
