Synopsis
Tai Chi Chuan is a moving (as opposed to still) meditation combining calm mental concentration, coordinated breathing and slow, fluid body movement. Starting with basic principals and warm-up exercises, the instructors embark on a step-by-step journey through the 'Embrace The Moon' form. These movements aim to reduce stress, quieten the mind, tone the muscles, and increase overall energy, creating an inner balance of mind, body and spirit.
