Synopsis
A highly skilled hitman is back to put an end to the tyranny he helped start, but his return only awakens more murder and reveals unimaginable truths about who was behind it all. After a top ranking FBI official's dirt is exposed, an entire operation is threatened. Meanwhile a criminal organization that appeared to be crushed, is still alive and well. Only this time more murderous than before.
