Synopsis
In this informative DVD, Dr. Nick Evans takes two beginners through the basics of weight training. In the first section, he will discuss and demonstrate 14 exercises that work all the major muscle groups of the body. In the second section, Evans will put it all together in a series of workouts designed to build and strengthen the entire body.
