Synopsis
After defeating Darnell and his crime syndicate, Valerie is tasked with investigating a new drug cartel in town who's drugs are laced with fentanyl. A tragedy fuels her desire to destroy it by destroying its leader, Sanchez. She seeks advice from her buddy, Ray, who has turned his attention to serving local veterans like himself.
