Synopsis

While in Rome, a beautiful actress Christine (Emily Jackson, Incarnate) lures Francesco (Brando Boniver), a hopeless romantic and naive Italian actor to California in a whirlwind romance. However, shortly after he arrives in Los Angeles, he finds himself stranded as Christine abruptly leaves him when her boyfriend returns from a business trip. With nowhere to go in an unfamiliar country, Francesco reaches out to an old friend in New York City named Kathy (Samantha Scaffidi, Tu Me Manque) and stays with her in her small apartment after some serious couch surfing. He finally gets a break when Pino (Victor Colicchio, For the Love of the Game) hires him as a waiter at his restaurant, where he grows from jilted ladies man, to making the restaurant successful by inventing a hit dessert named "Fango", to eventually calling NYC his home.
