Leo G. Carroll had the distinction of appearing in half a dozen Hitchcock classics, most notably Rebecca (1940), Suspicion (1941), Spellbound (1945) and North by Northwest (1959). He was a regular on the hit TV series The Man From U.N.C.L.E., but will always be best remembered as Cosmo Topper, the married man harried by friendly ghosts George and Marion Kerby, on Topper (1953-56). Director Arch Oboler was one of the originators of the popular Lights Out radio series and wrote, produced and directed the first 3D feature length film, Bwana Devil (1952).
